The 2007 National Reunion was  held in Colorado Springs, Colorado from September 5-9, 2007.

 The 2008 Memorial Service & Mini-Reunion will be held May 24-26, 2008 in Fredericksburg, Texas at the Inn On Barons Creek 308 S. Washington.

Membership includes our publication, The Colorado Lookout, published six times a year and the current roster of all our members and associate members giving addresses, and phone numbers.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION    We do not have personal records of those who served aboard our ship.  If you wish to contact  shipmates who might have known the crew member  in whom you are interested,  please send your name and address or phone number and the name of the crew member and any information you have about them  to  LesPierce1@charter.net.   Our editors, Les & Mary Jo Pierce, will  include your request in the next issue of our publication, The Colorado Lookout,  which is sent to over 600  members.  Our members can then contact you if they knew the person.   80% of our shipmate members do not use email  so  your address or phone number is important so they can contact you.  You can also find valuable searching information through the Naval Historical Center link shown below.

Awarded 9 stars for battles at Kwajalein, Eniwetok, Guam, Tinian, Saipan, Leyte, Mindoro, Luzon, Okinawa while serving aboard the U.S.S. Colorado

Andy served as Secretary-Treasurer of the association for 12 years, 1993-2005.
